Booking
Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation, and after the reception of your deposit (50% of the total amount).This deposit has to be sent in a delay of 2 weeks after your reservation.
For the reservations made one month before your arrival, the total amount is required when making your booking. The “Dar Balthazar” Riad reserves the right to cancel any reservation made without the required deposit.

Payment of the balance
The payment of the balance has to be done 3 weeks before the beginning of your stay. The non payment of the balance in the right delay, induces the cancellation of your reservation.

Customer cancellation
The customer cancellation, for whatever reason, induced financial penalties. According to the reception date of your “cancellation letter”, the following conditions will be applied:

more than 60 days (before your booking) : 10% of the price of the renting

from 60 to 45 days : 25% of the price of the renting

from 45 to 30 days : 50% of the price of the renting
-
less than 30 days : 100% of the price of the renting
4 - Cancellation coming from “Dar Balthazar” Riad
If a cancellation or modification of a “paid reservation” should occur, it will be notified to the customer, and will induce the refund of his entire payment. If possible “The Dar Balthazar Riad” will propose a replacement solution in the same (or higher) category, with no additional costs.
5 - Renting conditions
The customer is asked to respect the quietness of the riad, and to not disturb other occupants. Correct behaviour and clothes are required, for the respect of the country traditions and customs. Animals are prohibited. Objects, furniture, equipments broken, damaged, or with a high wear, will induce financial penalties equivalent to the real costs of the concerned goods. The customer is required to inform, in the right delay, of any damage.
6 - Responsibilities
The “Dar Artaban” SARL, The “Dar Balthazar” riad, and the staff, accept no liability concerning incidents and accidents, and their direct or indirect consequences, that could occur to the people in the “Dar Balthazar” riad (customers, occupants, guests) and to the goods.
Their responsibility can not be involved under any circumstances.
Dar Balthazar advises cautiousness concerning the use of the pool by children. Children are under the entire and only responsibility of their parents, customers or occupants looking after them. Moreover the Dar Balthazar” riad can not be held responsible for the failure or interruption of services such as electricity, water and gas, considering the situation in the medina.
